- Written documentation of valuables such as furniture, electronics, appliances, personal belongings.
- Video of the full interior and exterior of your property including landscaping, storage areas, garage,
and closets.
- Digital photographs of inventoried items.
- Portfolio containing written documentation, video, digital photos, with scanned receipts (if available).
- Storage of incentory in an off-site safety deposit box.
- Complimentary storage, updates, and copies provided for the first year of service date.
Maintenance Option ($75
Annually)
- Storage of your inventory at a secure off-site safety deposit box after the 1st year of service date.
- Revisions or deletions of items not requiring site visit. Trip charges will apply to return site visit.
Final updated copies provided to you.
- A duplicate copy for replacement purposes upon your request.
- Provide documentation to your insurance agent, police, or attorney upon written request.
